Here at Veritas Scholars, we celebrate our mentors as the cornerstone to our success. As they are the only ones personally responsible for pushing your child, we maintain only the highest standards for our staff. Prospective applicants partake in rigorous testing and personality interviews in which a small handful ultimately pass. In doing so, we gather the full scope of their intellectual ability, accomplishments, and charisma, so that we can make the most informed choice in whom we feel proud to represent us. After being carefully screened, and once accepted into the family, the training certainly does not stop there. Staff members are diligently taught to embrace the Veritas Scholars mission and are well equipped with vast knowledge to tackle any challenges. While their intellectual brilliance is undeniable, it is their communicative ability to empathize with students of all ages and background that we take the most pride in. Our mentors are naturally understanding to the unique struggles of each individual student and will creatively find the most effective way to be of help. In simple, terms they are solution driven. Where most may be overwhelmed with perceived obstacles, our staff is constantly looking for answers. While all our staff members are given the tools to adapt to any circumstances, we value your preferences extremely. We will happily accommodate personal interviews and consultations free of charge so that you can meet our mentors and decide whom you see the best fit for your child.
